XSPFPlayer v3.0 – Troubleshooting Guide –

The following errors are to assist with any issues or complications the stand alone xspf player may be delivering. Please take note of the error and report them as discovered.

Error ID	Warnings	Description	Solution
Bandwidth Loop	N/A	Player stuck at bandwidth check.	Check internet connection.
CTX Service Failed 001	CID,PID,VID	Service failed to respond.	Check Context WebService.
Config Service Failed 001	CTX,VID,Bandwidth,Viewcount	Service failed to respond.	Check Config WebService. Contact IT.
XSPF Service Failed 001	CTX,VID,Bandwidth,Viewcount	XSPF returned undefined content.	Incorrect CTX or VID IDs.
XSPF Service Failed 002	CTX,VID,Bandwidth,Viewcount	XSPF return null content.	Check warnings. Contact IT.
XSPF Service Failed 003	CTX,VID,Bandwidth,Viewcount	XSPF returned Infinitive content.	Check warnings. Contact IT.
XSPF Service Failed 004	CTX,VID,Bandwidth,Viewcount	XSPF serviced failed.	Playlist Rule Issues.
